Job Title: General Operative
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

We are currently recruiting for general Operative to join our team. This is a long term, full-time roll with an immediate start. Applicants who are outgoing, energetic and tech minded will be ideal for this role.

Job Description
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
-Putting together customers’ orders.
-Unloading and loading deliveries, Managing shop and store stock levels.
-Visual merchandising, instore and window displays.
-Replenishing shelves.
-General housekeeping to include cleaning and upkeep of filling of the shelves on the floor daily.
-Production of paint products.
-Accuracy and attention to detail required with ability to work under pressure
-Managing and maintaining social media platforms.
-Undertake any other duties as requested by your manager.
-Ensure all health and safety standards are always adhered to in line with statutory legislation and company policy, addressing any safety concerns as they arise.
-Ensure all company policies and procedures relating to security of company monies and stock are strictly always adhered to.
-The role is such that the list above is not exhaustive and may be subject to change depending on business hours.


Essential Requirement
-Good English and maths’ skills.
-Willingness to work with others to solve problems in a fast-moving environment.
-Ability to always deliver exceptional customer service.
-Strong people skills, within ability to multi-task and prioritise.
-Willingness to learn about products and colour.
-Able to use own initiative.
-Ability to see colours well.
-Good computer skills.
-Good knowledge of company products.
-Good understanding of social media platforms.
-Good timekeeping.
-Required to be flexible in attitude towards working hours and duties.
-Must be prepared to work as part of a team and assist or carry out other duties during periods of high workload, sickness, holidays, and emergencies.
-Training will be provided for the correct candidate.
